  1. Payment policy
    • By Tabby Payment will add extra 7.5% charge of net cost.
    • By card or link payment will be add 2.5% charge of net amount.
  2. Ticket Issuance and Confirmation:
    • Flight tickets will only be issued after full payment is received.
    • Customers must verify all travel details (name, dates, routes, etc.) before final confirmation.
    • Once the ticket is issued, any changes will be subject to airline rules and applicable fees.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Refunds are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
    • Cancellation fees may apply as per the fare rules of the ticket.
    • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the airline and payment method.
  4. Name Correction or Changes:
    • Name corrections or changes are subject to airline approval and fees.
    • Requests must be made immediately after ticket issuance.
  5. Rebooking and Date Changes:
    • Changes to flight dates are allowed only as per airline rules and fare class.
    • Date change fees and fare differences will apply.
  6. Baggage Policy:
    • Baggage allowances are determined by the airline. Excess baggage will be charged as per the airline’s rates.
    • Passengers are responsible for adhering to the airline’s baggage policies and restrictions.
  7. No-Show Policy:
    • If a passenger fails to board the flight (no-show), the ticket may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued unless specified by the airline.
  8. Travel Documents and Visa:
    • Passengers must ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and other required permits.
    • The issuing agency is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid or missing documents.
  9. Check-in and Boarding:
    • Passengers must check in within the time specified by the airline. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding.
    • Online check-in is encouraged to avoid delays.
  10. Responsibility and Liability:
    • The issuing agency acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, reschedules, or any other airline-related issues.
    • Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations.
  11. Pricing and Fare Changes:
    • Airfares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until tickets are issued.
    • Any fare difference after ticket issuance due to airline changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
  12. Special Requests:
    • Special services such as meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, or seat selection are subject to airline availability and policies.
  13. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By purchasing a flight ticket through our agency, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
