Holiday Package Booking Terms
- Booking Confirmation:
- Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the package terms.
- All details must be verified by the customer before confirmation.
- Payment Policy:
- Full payment must be made before the travel date.
- Installment plans like Tabby will be add 7.5% charge upon net amount.
- Link payment/card payment will be add 2.5% charge upon net amount.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations are subject to charges based on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take 7–14 working days to process.
- Changes and Amendments:
- Any changes to travel dates, itineraries, or traveler details may incur additional charges.
- Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Travel Documents:
- Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel permits.
- The company is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
- Package Inclusions and Exclusions:
- Inclusions (e.g., flights, hotels, meals) are detailed in the itinerary.
- Exclusions (e.g., personal expenses, extra tours) will be specified.
- Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to customer for cover unforeseen events like cancellations, medical emergencies, or delays.
- Liability:
- The company acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
- Force Majeure:
- The company is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines during travel.
- Any damage caused by the customer will be their responsibility.
- Acceptance of Terms:
- By booking a holiday package, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
