- 1. Booking and Payment : All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
- 2. Cancellation Policy : Flight ticket cancellation applied by Airlines cancelation policy rules. Hotel Booking cancelation applied by Hotel or Resort or Villa cancelation policy rules.
- 3. Travel Documents : It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- 4. Customer Responsibilities : Must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. The company will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information by the customer.
- 5. Responsibility and Liability: The company is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, strikes, civil disturbances, or other events beyond its control.
- 6. Pricing : Once the package is booked and confirmed, any increase in costs due to changes in local government regulations, taxes, or fees will be borne by the traveler.
